Exhibition 2024 at Beijing, China
An extraordinary exhibition dedicated to exploring the connection between art and public mental health — the 2024 IFIC International Art and Emotional Healing Biennale — has officially opened in Beijing. This exhibition actively responds to the "Healthy China 2030" strategic initiative, emphasizing the importance of emotional expression and mental and physical well-being. Its goal is to promote overall societal health through the power of art.
As people's expectations for quality of life continue to rise, art, as a medium that can evoke emotional resonance, is increasingly applied in the field of mental health. Beyond offering aesthetic enjoyment, art serves as a bridge connecting human emotions and inner worlds, helping individuals express feelings and even heal emotional wounds. The biennale was organized to address this trend, drawing growing participation from art enthusiasts worldwide. According to the IFIC Institute of Art and Emotional Healing, over 3,000 art lovers from around the globe have already registered for this year’s event.
A highlight of the exhibition is the showcase of award-winning works from the 2RD Edition of Poster For__. International Poster Design Competition. Poster For__. attracted renowned designers from over 30 countries, with more than 100 winning entries featured in the emotional healing exhibition. These works not only showcase the creative talents of the designers but also reflect unique perspectives on emotional expression across diverse cultural contexts.
